Her Arrival in Seke

1 Matenga arrived in the land of King Seke, at Village Head Kandawa’s place in Chihota’s village.

2 When she arrived at Chihota’s, Mr. Chihota heard the word of God spoken by Baba.

3 He went out and called a man named Madziyauswa.

4 When they saw and heard Matenga’s speaking, they were all satisfied with it.

5 There was a certain woman who was troubled by her pregnancy.

6 Matenga said that this woman’s pregnancy was breech.

7 She said, “Do not be afraid, for I have arrived.”

8 “She will give birth to a baby girl named Vaireti.” But she was very small; and it happened just like that.

9 When the people heard this, they began to come little by little; they began to no longer fit in the house.

10 They looked for a plan. A plan was devised to build a small shelter where people could pray.

11 When the people began to pray in there, unclean spirits and demons began to come out, speaking in various tongues; they spoke of their crimes and what they demanded as payment.

12 When those spirits left, Matenga’s Power , the Holy Spirit , would then manifest.

13 Matenga’s Power then increased greatly.

14 To cast out the unclean spirits that were coming out there.
