Matenga Stops the Rain, A Great Miracle

1 It happened one day that Matenga stopped the rain that was about to fall.

2 At that time, I was in the City .

3 I saw the sky full of heavy rain, thundering very greatly.

4 All the people were filled with fear, saying, “Today we are finished, today we are destroyed by the heavy rain,” at that time.

5 The sky thundered in an awe-inspiring way.

6 Matenga went to the top of the mountain.

7 She knelt, asking that the rain be passed over, and she cried out with a very loud voice; then Matenga broke out in a great sweat.

8 She took her shawl and lifted it up, waving her shawl; all the rain dispersed. Do you not believe, people of God ?
