Guta Ra Jehova
Lesson 136

The Wedding of Matenga’s Child in the City of Jehovah

The wedding of Matenga’s son was a wedding of a young man and a maiden.

This wedding was sanctified in heaven and on earth; it was a wedding of Jerusalem .

The wedding of the messengers was joined with the gathering of the birth of the Son on earth, the Lord Jesus.

That wedding was shining with a radiance that was truly awe-inspiring.

The wedding was performed by those with spiritual garments that shone like gold.

The girl’s parents had come from Chipinge.

Then I saw those Hambakamba who were possessed by the heavenly messengers going into the house where the couple being married was.

They prayed there, and it was very awe-inspiring.

Many were in the Mudivi where they were singing, “Jerusalem my home, a beautiful home.”

This wedding of Jerusalem was like the one in Cana of Galilee. See John 2:1–12.

Those who were inside the Divi were facing the east; they were only messengers.

Matenga stood up; she had clothes that were as dazzling as the sun.

She said the people were watching, saying, “We shall see what is meant by a child of the messengers in the world.”

“Since he is in the flesh, perhaps he will sin with the daughters of men.”

“But there is only redemption from such things by the Father who is in Heaven.”

She said, “Today the lamp has been lit on the bread and not under a basket.”

“I thank Matenga for this great work she has done.”

Matenga spoke these words, being full of the powers of Heaven.

As she leaped before the couple, I immediately saw the couple being seized by power .

When it was over, the people presented gifts to the couple.

When we finished, the Evangelists stood up and said, “The wedding feast has been prepared.”

Many people, hundreds upon hundreds, were satisfied at that wedding.

After we finished and returned again to the Mudivi , Matenga arrived and said, “Praise me with Jeneti .”

Now the people were going around the Divi singing, rejoicing for the couple.

Matenga said, “The wedding of Matenga’s son is a wedding of the messengers.”

She said, “A wedding of a young man and a maiden; children whose blood has not been diminished.”

So said Matenga when the wedding was over; she thanked her people and the singer Jeneti .

After the singer, she said, “The heavenly presentation is to give thanks for the gifts given to the couple.”

“He has no relatives here, but you are his relatives and his grandfathers.”

“And brothers, sisters, and aunts; you have worked in the Spirit at the spiritual presentation.”

May Matenga bless these words forever. Amen.
