The First Miracles

1 The first miracle was performed on a mountain called Chivako, half a mile from their home, and the first people to be shown it were S. Mhundwa, J. Mhundwa, M. Nyamunda, M. Bumhira, and Mai Nyamushanya.

2 As they were going to that mountain, it was dark.

3 But the Holy Spirit gave them light as they climbed that mountain.

4 When they reached the top, Matenga climbed up onto the rocks; when the people saw this, they were seized by very great power .

5 They fell onto the rocks, but no one was injured.

6 It filled them with great fear.
