The Singing of the Robes of Salvation in the City of God
The singing of the Robes of Salvation , if you reflect on it deeply and focus your mind, is awe-inspiring, People of the Lord .
The coming of the Robes of Salvation into the world was a sign in the world of her departure to Heaven.
For when these robes came, they had come to take Matenga from the world.
Matenga left them established in the world and said, “My children, the Robes of Salvation are flowing in the world.”
This means that Matenga’s salvation will not end; it is simply flowing day and night.
I say this because people are being saved; all those who were barren for years are bearing children.
Those who believe that we have met with the Creator are saved.
The way the Robes were sung was marvelous to the People of the Lord .
When we entered the Mudivi , Matenga also came to the Mudivi as the sun was rising.
At other times, especially on Sunday morning, she would say, “My children, today there are Robes ; go and put on your Robes .”
Then the men and women who had been made worthy by Matenga would rush to get dressed.
These Robes were worn by those dressed in Jeneti and Mhiriyemu, and the guards wearing sashes.
When they came to the Mudivi , sometimes they were just sung, with the drum beating with a steady rhythm.
If she wanted the prophets to come out, two benches were placed, with some on this side and others on the bench over there.
Two who were filled with the Spirit were stood in the middle of the Divi , while others were stood over there.
Then Matenga would immediately stand in the middle of the Divi and say, “What you have just seen, the prophets have come and are in here.”
She said, “My children, as they pass each other here in the Mudivi like this.”
“It is like that, my children; in heaven there are many councils right now.”
It was said, “Why are they troubling him? What did he do wrong in the world?”
She said, “They are passing each other as they do in these things, inside the Divi .”
She said, “Heaven is not easy, and it is a steep climb, my children.”
Before Matenga herself stood in the middle of the Divi , she would start to lead this song alone.
She would say, “The prophets have come, many want to come out.”
That is when she would start to sing, saying: “Robes of salvation , Robes of salvation , Robes of salvation are flowing, Hallelujah . Robes of salvation , Robes of salvation are flowing. Hallelujah .”
Then she would chant a praise-song, singing and moving among her people.
And among the prophets and the wise ones who were passing each other at those times.
Circling and entering again among the messengers who were filled with very awe-inspiring power .
Sometimes she would stop and it would be said: “Oh, prophets and wise ones, you have left me; I have heard the rumble and the sound of powers thundering.”
Now I heard the rumble and the sound of powers thundering.
Now this meant that she was now bidding farewell to Africa.
Of which she used to say, “Africa, I have died for you in truth .”
“Whoever believes in me will have eternal life.”
“Blessed are those who will meet with Matenga and will then wear these heavenly robes .”
“Blessed is the one who will meet again with the boys who have long tassels and such awe-inspiring white robes .”
It is up to you and me to reflect on the work that Matenga has done for you in your life.
Sometimes we would leave the Mudivi and go to Matenga’s Ship.
That is where we would be, singing them in an awe-inspiring way, while the Father was on the veranda of his Ship, looking on.
After we had danced and sung there, that is where mercy would then be granted.
One day the Father said, “My children, you were like the angels of heaven.”
It is a precious word to be compared to angels while we are still here on earth.
My brethren, we did not know what that word meant.
Truly, Africa was loved by the Father; there is no other land on this earth that was ever clothed in heavenly garments like the angels.
May the Father bless these words of his forever. Amen.
