Matenga’s Return to the City

1 When Matenga was returning to the City , she stopped at a short distance of about one mile.

2 The people of the City heard that the Father had come.

3 They ululated and cheered, and they ran to meet her.

4 Then I saw people holding leaves or palm branches.

5 They were sweeping the path, while others threw leaves on top of the vehicle that carried Matenga .

6 Some rolled on the ground, rejoicing for their Father.

7 The vehicle carrying the Father was driven by Chakanyuka Masiwa.

8 But the Father’s countenance was shining very brightly.

9 When she arrived at the City , it being morning, all the people entered the Mudivi ; the Father began to heal everyone. When she finished healing, she looked up to heaven and saw the spirits of messengers resting upon each person.

10 These spirits of messengers had come to greet Matenga ; there was joy.

11 Because the Father had spent a few days away from that City .

12 This journey was awe-inspiring to my heart regarding the Father’s work.
