City of the Wise

1 These heavenly cities were known by no one.

2 But since the Father has come, we now know them, we who were not worthy to know these things.

3 That City of the Wise has messengers whose legs or faces are not seen.

4 Their clothes leave only the eyes and long beards visible.

5 Their clothes are like those of a person wearing winter garments.

6 There are no women; they are only men.

7 It is a very awe-inspiring city , people of God . Amen.
